Where we ship

We ship worldwide from the United States.

 

United States

Standard shipping is free on every order, with tracking, at any order value. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.00.

 

International

International shipping is not free. Rates are calculated at checkout by the carrier (USPS, DHL or FedEx) based on your address and order size, and are shown to you before you pay. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Processing and delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7-15 business days from dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees - carrier delays are outside our control.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received one within 3 business days of ordering, please get in touch through our Contact page.

 

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page and we will replace it or refund it. This is separate from, and in addition to, our 30-day return policy on unused sets.
